Apple Tart recipe

Ingredients:

2 green apples.
3 tablespoons sugar.
2 large eggs.
1 quart of whipping cream.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 pie shell.

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

Peel, core and thinly slice apples.

Fill shell with slices.

Beat eggs with cream, sugar and vanilla until foamy.

Pour over the apples and bake for 40 minutes or until brown.
